CTU’s Bachelor of Science in Project Management degree program is based on the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), which is the recognized industry standard. Along with basic undergraduate foundational studies including English, math, social science and technology, you can learn real-world project management skills from instructors with experience in this profession. Some of these skills include project planning; time and conflict management; human resource management; risk analysis and management; modern scheduling techniques; an understanding of organizations, teams and processes; budgeting and cost control systems; Microsoft Project; and procurement, contracting and negotiating.
