Individuals with knowledge of analog and digital electronics are in demand, especially in commercial enterprises such as integrated circuit (IC) companies and telecommunications firms. The Associate of Science in Electronics Technology (ASET) Degree program is designed to provide foundational skills for this exciting career field as well as a solid undergraduate education. The ASET degree program also comprises the first two years of either the Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or the Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering (BSCE) degree programs.
